3. Inspection Period:
Once you receive your item, you will have a specified inspection period to thoroughly check the product. This period varies depending on the supplier's policy and will be detailed in their terms. If you find any issues with the item, you should report them to the supplier within this period.

4. Withholding Payment:
To ensure your satisfaction, we withhold payment to the supplier until 7 days after the return period ends. This gives you ample time to inspect the item and address any concerns directly with the supplier.

5. Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs and procedures are determined by the supplier's policy. Please make sure to follow the return instructions provided by the supplier to ensure a smooth return process.

6. Refund Processing:
Once the supplier receives the returned item and confirms its condition, the refund will be processed according to the supplier's policy. The timeline for receiving your refund may vary depending on the supplier and payment method used.

  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items may have different return policies. Please review the supplier's terms regarding custom orders before making a purchase.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund. Any signs of wear or damage may affect the refund eligibility.

  • Taxes and Duties: Buyers must be aware of and responsible for any taxes or duties applicable in their own country, unless otherwise specified by the supplier. If a buyer decides to cancel or return their purchase, they will be responsible for the associated risks, shipping costs, and any import duties incurred during the return process.
  • Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact the supplier immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that the supplier can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you decide to cancel/return, you will bear the risk and cost of all shipping and return import duties of products in any case.
